About Paula
Paula Julian is an experienced brand strategist and psychologist who enjoys blending her strategic marketing skills and advanced professional training in human development and research to provide her clients with innovative consumer strategies and creative insights proven to impact bottom line results. After years of managing a successful consulting firm, Paula is transitioning her skills and expertise into an advisory role; allowing her to stay involved in the career she loves while stepping back from the requirements of managing a business so she can enjoy being a first-time grandmother in August 2024.
Along the way, Paula also:
Held Executive Leadership roles at several global advertising agencies.
Won the 2004 Grand Effie Award – the highest award for advertising effectiveness in a given year in the United States.
Successfully promoted dozens of well-known international, national and regional brands.
Completed doctoral studies in Community Psychology at the University of Missouri.
Enjoyed so much working with and becoming friends with some of the best in the business.
